the One enthroned in heaven laughs

Psalm 2

The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. He rebukes them in His anger and terrifies them in His wrath - Psalm 2:4-5

It is too easy to get caught up in fear over what is happening in the world.  But God sees and He will rise up against the evil that is so pervasive.  

The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good. - Proverbs 3:15
